EAU Personal Planner - Schedule Your Congress Online
Do not miss anything during this year’s congress, use the EAU Personal Planner!
- It is fully integrated with the scientific programme of the congress.
- You can select your priority sessions and add your private appointments.
- If you are presenting at the congress – your faculty appointments will be automatically displayed.
- You can export it to your Outlook, Google Calendar or print it out.
All you need is to log in with your EAU username and password!
If you do not have an EAU username and password, you can register at the EAU website. You do not need to be a member of the EAU to make use of this service.
Log-in
If you would like to use the EAU Personal Planner, go to the Programme Overview and select the “Planner” tab. Log in with your EAU username and password and you are ready to schedule your sessions and appointments. If you are a speaker at the congress, you will notice that your faculty appointments have already been scheduled for you.
Add to Planner
Browse the scientific programme and select the sessions that you would like to visit by clicking on the EAU Personal Planner icon. The session will appear in your planner and you can always remove it by clicking on the same icon!
Export
After you have selected all the sessions and added your personal appointments – you can then export the schedule to your Outlook or Google Calendar. That way you have the opportunity to access the planner on your smartphone! Alternatively, you can print out the schedule and always have your “personalised” scientific programme with you.
